As the signs of spring appear all around us, we know a bunch of fluffy black-and-yellow pals will be looking for all the nectar that’ll be on offer shortly.  

Here at Friends of the Earth, we take bees seriously. We’ve been fighting on their behalf for over 10 years. They’re too small to hold placards or sign petitions. But bees are still in trouble.

Habitat loss, climate change and pesticide use mean that of the UK’s 26 bumblebee species, 2 are extinct and 6 to 8 more have declined significantly. The good news? There’s something simple and effective you can do to help.
