Team — Let’s make one thing clear: GOP AGs don’t care who they hurt as long as they get to further marginalize trans people.

Frankly, we find that despicable.

Right now, Republican Attorneys General in 17 states are suing to strike down part of a federal anti-discrimination law. The lawsuit could revoke protections for trans people and anyone who has a disability.

Republican AGs are willing to weaken the protections of all of us to satisfy the agenda of an extremely small minority, but Dem AGs believe that everyone deserves equality under the law, regardless of their gender expression or ability.
