This week we’re launching Deal With It to help YOU learn practical skills to manage difficult emotions.

Because you can't always change what life throws at you, but you can change your ability to… DEAL WITH IT

Deal With It is CALM’s way to demystify DBT* (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy) and provide simple everyday skills that will help you feel more in control when things in your life feel overwhelming. These tools will help you keep a clear head, understand your emotions and stay calm.

With the help of world record breaking, multi-gold medalist Bradley Wiggins and his son Ben, we’ll be roadtesting different skills and seeing what each can help you do. So strap in, give ‘em a try and find what works for you.

First up we’re trying out a tool called T.I.P.P. This skill helps you deal with times when you’re feeling stressed out or under pressure - something Bradley and son Ben know all about.
