Last night, Donald Trump gave his first congressional address in his second term. What we heard was disappointing, but by no means surprising. But it did reaffirm why I’m in this fight, and why I need your support. Will you chip in $10 to my campaign to help me support Democrats who will stand with me and help move our country forward?

Instead of focusing on the issues that matter to the American people like rising costs, access to healthcare, and higher wages, he focused on the same hateful rhetoric and culture war issues that appeal to his extreme base.

Despite having already been elected, Donald Trump is not acting like a president for all Americans. Instead, he’s committed to being a president for his most extreme right-wing base.

Shockingly, Republicans in Congress have done nothing to prevent Donald Trump’s unprecedented power grab. Instead, they continue to cheer it on – even as he gloated about his use of executive orders to dismantle the federal government.

It’s up to all of us to stand up to extremism and drive hate out of our politics. Will you chip in $10 to my campaign to help us build a strong Democratic majority to oppose Trump in Congress and move our country forward?
