Hi, Friend. I’m Isabel Shea, part of the digital fundraising team here at Project HOPE. I woke up this morning thinking of my colleague Vira Topikha, whose story you may remember from our Giving Tuesday email below. Vira is a Program Specialist for Project HOPE in Ukraine, where she spends her days providing essential aid and services to families and children enduring the trauma of crisis and displacement.
At night when Vira goes to sleep, her only hope is that her son will not be woken up by more airstrikes. This is the reality for so many Ukranians still in urgent need of lifesaving medical care and other support.
After three years since Russia’s full-scale military invasion, Ukraine is still fighting for survival. With a collapsed healthcare system and widespread displacement, nearly 9.2 million people urgently need medical care and other aid. Will you be one of the 300 generous supporters to offer support for the people of Ukraine? Your emergency gift today can help deliver urgent relief to Ukraine and help us continue to support people around the world facing conflicts, disasters, health crises, and more.
The situation is dire, and the needs are urgent. We must do all we can to let families living through the darkest moments of their lives in places like Ukraine and Gaza know that they are not forgotten. Our Project HOPE teams were among the first to respond to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022 — and we’ve been on the ground ever since. Please help us reach our donor goal with an emergency gift at this critical moment.
Project HOPE is here, standing with Ukraine and its people. And we’ll stay as long as it takes.
With gratitude,
Isabel Shea

Friend —
It's been nearly three years since the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine, my home country. Every night when I go to sleep, I hope my son won't be woken up by airstrikes. And when I wake up each morning, I check the news hoping that no more people were killed. It's hard to stay strong, but with a heavy heart, I go to work each day to support people in need the best I can because I know it matters.
Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday, a global day of radical generosity, and my hope is that you'll join in with a gift. That's why I've set a $50,000 Giving Tuesday fundraising goal.
It would mean so much to me if you could take a moment to donate now and help me reach my Giving Tuesday fundraising goal.

Each day, I am fortunate to see the power of our donors' generosity at work to help my fellow Ukrainians with mobile medical units where people have been cut off from health care.
The impact Project HOPE has had in Ukraine inspired me to go to Gaza to work with the team on the ground providing primary health care, emergency medical services, polio vaccinations to children, and mental health support. I've seen firsthand how a donation to Project HOPE doesn't stop there. It truly ensures we can save lives and make a real difference for people in need. Your Giving Tuesday gift today can give hope to people facing conflicts, disasters, health crises, and more.

Project HOPE runs mobile clinics throughout Ukraine, Gaza, Lebanon, and other regions. Your gift today helps offer a lifeline and can provide support in:
|
❤️ Mental health care to help people cope with the trauma of crisis and displacement
❤️ Training for health workers who risk their own safety to provide care
❤️ Maternal health care so pregnant women can safely deliver their babies
❤️ Nutrition services for children on the brink of starvation

your donation today can do much more than help me meet my $50,000 Giving Tuesday fundraising goal. It can give strength — and HOPE — to children and families determined to survive and emerge from the darkest times of their lives.
Dyakuyu (Thank you),
