* Trump’s illegal executive orders are stalling clean energy projects, killing thousands of jobs, and handing control of our energy future to foreign competitors.

* He’s letting Big Oil squeeze American families while blocking investments that would lower costs and boost our economy.

* He’s turning a blind eye to climate-fueled disasters that are destroying homes and driving up the cost of living.

Trump promised us affordability — but he was never talking about affordability for average Americans. All he’s done is raise prices for working families while rigging the system to benefit polluters and billionaires.

That’s why SEEC members are fighting back. Just yesterday, SEEC Members Rep. Kathy Castor (FL-14) and Rep. Paul Tonko (NY-20) introduced the Defending American Jobs and Affordable Energy Act — legislation to rescind Trump’s disastrous executive orders and put America back on track. This includes rescinding his pause on the Inflation Reduction Act and Bipartisan Infrastructure Law funding, as well as his decision to pull the U.S. from the Paris Climate Agreement.
