We Did It Together: Blocking the 15-Week Abortion Ban!

Arizona's cruel 15-week abortion ban is no more! A Maricopa County judge has permanently blocked this unjust restriction, ruling that it violates the state's new constitutional amendment protecting the right to abortion. This win was made possible because people like you stood up and demanded change. Together, we're not just defending access—we're expanding it.

This is democracy in action. When Arizona voters passed the Abortion Access Act last November, they sent an unmistakable message: reproductive health care is a fundamental right.

Today's ruling transforms that message from ballot language into lived reality for thousands of Arizonans and affirms what we already knew: politicians have no place in our personal medical decisions.

Dr. Paul Isaacson, a long-time Center client, and Arizona OB/GYN who has seen the devastating impact of this ban firsthand, put it best: "For nearly three years, my hands were tied because of this cruel ban.
