In this unprecedented time of upheaval, it’s more important than ever to support and elect leaders at all levels of government who will act urgently to get help to those who need it most.
That’s why I’m asking you today to stand with Congresswoman Elaine Luria, who is defending a toss-up seat that’s crucial to protecting our Democratic House majority. She flipped this red-to-blue district by just 2 points in 2018 -- will you please chip in to her campaign ahead of her critical end-of-month deadline to help keep her in Congress?
Elaine is the kind of trailblazer we need in Washington to tackle the problems that need solutions now.
As a 20-year Navy veteran, Elaine was the first woman to serve the entirety of her career on combatant ships and led a combat-ready unit of 400+ sailors as a Commander.
In 2018, she was part of a historic wave of first-time candidates who flipped red seats to blue -- a generation of new leaders standing up to make sure the American people have a seat at the table.
The decisions being made right now in Congress will define how the next 50 years will unfold in our nation and world. We need to make sure that we have champions like Elaine fighting on our behalf -- will you please pitch in before her end-of-month fundraising deadline to make sure she has the resources to defend this battleground seat?
