🙏 PRAY
Commit to offering a prayer each day for the protection of unborn children, for mothers in crisis, and for a culture that values life.

Lenten Pro-life Prayer
Father of all mercy,
We thank you for this season of grace and light.
Draw us closer to You through prayer and penance.
Open our eyes to the profound dignity of every human life,
Especially the unborn.
Give us the courage to defend them
through our prayers, words,
and self-sacrificing actions.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

🍽️ FAST
Offer up a fast—whether it's from a meal, a treat, or a daily comfort—and dedicate it to ending abortion.

Jesus taught us that prayer and fasting together are powerful tools against the forces of evil (Matthew 4:1-11). When we fast with humility, our prayers become even more impactful.

The two go hand in hand. Prayer keeps us rooted in the fact that it is our desire to carry out God's Will. Fasting is a sacrifice that helps us reach beyond our own limitations with God's help. When God's people fast with a repentant and contrite spirit, our heavenly Father will hear from heaven and heal our lives, our churches, our communities, and our world.

Consider fasting from things like sweets, TV, alcohol, or social media. The money you would have spent on these items could be used to make a life-saving donation to the work of Precious Life.

✨ OUTREACH

Peaceful Prayer Vigils
Every day, innocent unborn babies are being murdered in Northern Ireland. You can help save these babies by peacefully praying near the abortion centres. God told Joshua, “Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” (Joshua 1:9)

Join us at one of our Vigils:
•   Newry – Wednesdays, 11:30 am-12:30 pm
•   Derry – Wednesdays, 2:00 pm-3:00 pm
•   Belfast – Thursdays, 12:00 noon-1:00 pm

Street Outreach
During Lent, you can also help protect unborn babies by taking the pro-life message directly to the public out on the streets.. For over 28 years, Precious Life have organised “Pro-Life Street Outreach” every Saturday in towns and cities across Northern Ireland. During our Lent for Life Campaign we will be encouraging more young people to join us for this vital part of our work.
