Hi,

Did you hear about this yesterday? In a bombshell story by the Texas Tribune, indicted Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton, Republican Governor Greg Abbott, and Republican Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrick all have voted by mail.

This revelation comes after all have publicly come out against the Texas Democratic Party's lawsuit to expand vote by mail options to those under the age of 65 who don't want to risk their lives due to the coronavirus pandemic.

I wish I could say that I'm shocked but this is the norm for Texas Republicans. There's one set of rules for them and their donors and another set of rules for the majority working Texans. Texas Democrats will continue to protect our fundamental right to vote and the integrity of our elections.

We must not allow the coronavirus outbreak to halt our democracy. Our state is at a crossroads. We need competent leaders who will fight for our democracy, not spread lies and intimidate those who are just seeking to exercise their rights. Contribute $7 today before our midnight deadline:
