As you know, we’ve recently updated our name from Humane Society Legislative Fund to Humane World Action Fund. But, there is something that will never change: our commitment to supporting policies that will save animals’ lives. Our Humane Scorecard is one of the many tools we use to keep our federal legislators accountable on a range of key animal protection issues.
It's easily searchable by your location or the names of your members of Congress, and it’s shareable! We hope you’ll take a look at your legislators’ scores—if their scores are not up to par, please encourage them to do better this congressional session. If they’re already top of the class, thank them for being a champion for animals. You can find their contact information here.
Whether your legislators have a score of zero, 100+ or somewhere in between, they need to know that you care about their positions on animal protection policy and are paying attention to their performance on animal issues. Your efforts to engage them meaningfully on these subjects will produce even greater returns for animal protection in the future.

I hope you’ll take the time to review the Humane Scorecard today. It’s just one of the many ways that you can advance Humane World Action Fund’s work to fight for animals everywhere.
