We’re looking for a talented and dedicated person to join our team as Director of Development and support the New York community‐labor movement for social, economic, and climate justice.
The Director of Development is a full-time position with health, retirement, vacation, and other benefits. The starting pay for this position is between $98,000–115,000 annually, dependent on experience. We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of professional fundraising experience working in a community, climate, or labor organization and 2+ years of leadership and staff management experience.
