We've got a critical update as we intervene for Christians facing imminent torture and even execution.

Our client Ahsan is one of these Christians facing death. His hometown in Pakistan erupted in a riot that saw a Muslim mob burn down over 20 churches and 80 Christian homes. During the brutality, this young Christian was falsely blamed by radical Islamic authorities. He was arrested and sentenced to execution by hanging.

We are appealing Ahsan's case through our office in Pakistan.

In just days, our team will go before the U.N. Human Rights Council in Geneva to present oral interventions in heartbreaking Christian persecution cases to shed light on what these Christians are enduring.

Unfortunately, Ahsan's case isn't unusual. After enduring 170 days of torture, Pastor Mojtaba fled Iran and sought refugee status in Turkey. Now Turkish authorities have detained him on questionable charges, leaving him at risk of deportation back to Iran where he faces imprisonment and further torture.

Two Christian brothers, Amoon and Qaisar, were falsely accused of blasphemy in Pakistan and sentenced to death. Despite no evidence, their conviction was upheld. The misuse of blasphemy laws targets Christians.
