As a physician-legislator, I’ve dedicated my career to fighting for the health and safety of our community. Today, I’m reaching out to you because we face a critical moment in the ongoing fight for women’s healthcare rights.
The Trump administration’s decision today to drop the fight over emergency care protections abortions is a clear step backward. We can’t let this happen - people will die.
As an emergency physician, I’ve seen firsthand the importance of providing timely, comprehensive care to patients in need.
