Let me explain:

Dave’s 49th birthday is tomorrow, so I’m trying to surprise him by raising $4,900 from his most dedicated grassroots supporters.

It’s a tall order on short notice, but no one deserves the show of support more than Dave. He’s been working around the clock (trust me!) to fight for our country and deliver for our community.

He’s always had our back. I want him to know that we have his, too.
