It all started on Ogontz Avenue, John.

I've lived in Philadelphia my entire life, and I've seen my neighborhood go through many changes throughout the years. It's had its ups and downs, but instead of sitting on the sidelines, I decided to have a hand in its progress along the way.

I became a community advocate, transforming Philly block by block. From revitalizing Ogontz Avenue to bringing in new opportunities like the convention center, our community has changed for the better.

In Congress, I brought my Philly values to the table, fighting for things like good jobs and fresh food -- the issues you and your family actually care about. No matter who was in charge, I've been able to win some exciting victories for my friends and neighbors back on Ogontz Avenue and all over the 3rd district.
