March 4, 2025 – 30009-79-GA-25 (Record No. 17764) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Wyoming Gas Company (WGC or the Company), a division of Natural Gas Processing, for authority to revise its established distribution areas and Wobbe Indices.

Stat. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice that Lower Valley Energy (LVE or Company) filed an Application requesting a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct a 50-mile underground transmission pipeline between Montpelier, Idaho and Afton, Wyoming.
