Tell Congress: The Take It Down Act Threatens Privacy & Free Expression
[link removed]

Congress is pushing a dangerous bill—the TAKE IT DOWN Act
(S. 146/H.R.633)—that will silence lawful speech, weaken
encryption, and force platforms to remove content without
due process.

TAKE ACTION
[link removed]

While claiming to fight harmful content, this bill opens the
door to people abusing the system to take down journalism,
activism, and satire from the internet—with no real safeguards
against abuse. The bill could also undermine encrypted
services, putting online privacy at risk for everyone.

We can help victims of online harassment without embracing a
new regime of online censorship rules. Help us stand up for free
speech and privacy, by asking Congress to oppose S. 146/H.R.633
today.

TELL CONGRESS: OPPOSE THE TAKE IT DOWN ACT
