Dear John,

We wanted to update you on last night's vote in the Senate on S. 9, the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, which would require schools that receive federal funds to follow the true intent of Title IX and not allow males to participate in athletic programs or activities meant for women or girls. Unfortunately, this vote failed with not a single Democrat voting in favor of the bill.

Click here to see how your senators voted and to let them know what you think of their vote!

43 Democrats and two Independents voted against this commonsense bill that should have received bipartisan support, given the consensus among constituents in favor of protecting women's and girls' sports. Some Democrats in the House have acknowledged that their party has gone too far in supporting transgender ideology and that this played a role in the most recent election. In fact, polling suggests that the transgender issue moved swing votes away from Kamala Harris more than any other issue.

Americans are waking up to this issue, so why aren't Democrats in Congress?

Send a message now to your senators based on how they voted, thanking those who voted to protect women's and girls' sports and expressing your disappointment in those who voted no!

Sincerely,

Your Friends at FRC Action
