Despite what Donald Trump and Elon Musk think, no one in this country is above the law.

But laws don’t just enforce themselves — and Dem AGs are on the frontlines upholding the rule of law in the face of this extreme administration.

Dem AGs proved this when AG Letitia James secured a guilty verdict against Donald Trump for defrauding the people of New York, and Dem AGs are proving it time and time again in the courts. They’re fighting back against the unconstitutional actions of the Trump administration, including suing to defend birthright citizenship and critical federal funding.

It’s not partisan to say that no one is above the law, not even the president of the United States ( or any unelected billionaires he decides to bring along 🙄), and it’s the Democratic Attorneys General that are working to make that a reality.
