We are officially one month away from Election Day in Wisconsin, when voters will head to the polls and decide our next state Supreme Court Justice.

Here’s where things stand:

The incumbents on the Wisconsin Supreme Court are ideologically split, meaning whoever wins this race will make a majority.

Judge Susan Crawford is running to continue the progress we’ve seen over the last two years — which has included creating fair legislative maps and expanding access to the ballot box.

Her opponent is a MAGA-aligned judge who wants to strip abortion rights in Wisconsin and undo the work we’ve done to unrig our democracy.

He has the backing of Elon Musk and other far-right donors, because they know that the outcome of this race will have big consequences for future elections. Elon alone has put in over a million dollars in ad spending.

Elon thinks he can buy a state Supreme Court seat. It’s our job to remind him that democracy rules — not him.

So I’m hoping I can get your help today as we take on this final stretch of the campaign.

Susan Crawford’s team needs resources for a big Get Out the Vote operation. They need to keep ads rolling, both online and on TV. They need to pay for canvassers and organizers to get people the info they need to cast a ballot.
