* National Institute of Allergic Diseases
* National Institute of Infectious Diseases
* National Institute of Immunologic Diseases


2. Have Senate-confirmed directors lead each of the new institutions



3. Limit each director’s time to no more than two 5-year terms (10 years
total) to prevent unchecked power that led to the dangerous COVID mandates
