John, After a couple of days of scheduling delays, it looks like today is the day for South Dakota to vote on the Term Limits Convention. By voting to call this convention, the states are threatening to bypass Congress and themselves impose term limits on the U.S. House and Senate. So, cross your fingers! I'll let you know what happens in South Dakota as soon as possible. The vote is this afternoon. |
