These threats are real, including in states like California that have previously offered some protections to immigrants. Join us for a conversation that will provide clear facts about these policy changes and will feature the work and perspectives of immigrants directly affected — Freedom for Immigrants' Executive Director, Laura Hernandez, and immigrant leader and Gubernatorial pardon recipient Phal Sok. The event will be introduced by Alison Leal Parker, deputy director of the US Program of Human Rights Watch.
