Donald Trump will address Congress tonight for the first time in his second term. How long he will speak and how crazy it might get are still up in the air.
Since being inaugurated in January, he's lurched from topic to topic, renaming bodies of water, increasing prices on Americans by instituting tariffs on trade partners, and insulting our European allies. But he still hasn't addressed the problems voters seemingly elected him to fix.
