The largest spring 40 Days for Life campaign in history begins at midnight in 660 cities worldwide.

So does Lent--the ancient Christian season during which the faithful draw closer to God through prayer, fasting, and almsgiving.

Suzanne and Rachel in Marietta held a MASSIVE 40 Days for Life kickoff rally attended by 500 pro-lifers!

While the Atlanta suburb is no stranger to prolific campaign events, a special visit from former Planned Parenthood employee of the year Abby Johnson plus pastors spanning a variety of Christian faith traditions took this year's launch event to new heights!

"Blown away by God's Presence," wrote Suzanne. "Abby's journey proves that we can all be somebody's hero by serving and loving pregnant moms in crisis and loving abortion workers."

Kingston, Jamaica

The highlight of Kingston's 40 Days for Life campaign was a powerful message from a woman who decided to keep her baby and place the little girl for adoption--after meeting vigil participants last year.

"It was a spirit-filled, spirit-led, powerful, tear-jerking, and inspirational testimony," said 40 Days for Life director of international campaigns Robert Colquhoun.

Momentum in Jamaica is growing as the campaign leadership team has seen 21 babies saved since the end of the autumn vigil.

40 Days for Life participants will certainly be well equipped as Kingston is hosting a group Sidewalk Outreach training session to prepare for the vigil.

Heavenly Father, we cry out for Your mercy and ask You to remove the scourge of abortion from our land. Use us as your vessels, Lord, to bring the light of Your truth to our nation once again.
