The State of Minnesota has launched its Large Building Energy Benchmarking program, which will be collecting energy use data from commercial and multi-family buildings across Minnesota. Buildings larger than 100,000 sq ft will be submitting energy use data to the State by June 1, 2025, and this program will expand to buildings 50,000 sq ft and larger next year.
