In 1991 George Soros founded Central European
University to help advance his political ideology in Budapest but moved it
to Vienna in late 2018 amid a crackdown from Hungary’s anti-Soros
government. In 1995 the school opened an archive that was later renamed the
Vera and Donald Blinken Open Society Archives (and again later to the
Blinken OSA Archivum) - Donald being the father of Joe Biden’s Secretary
of State Antony Blinken.
