Today, I am filled with admiration as I reflect on the incredible stories of strength within our community, particularly that of Daryn, a remarkable 2023-2024 Live Your Dream Awards recipient. 

Daryn's early life was marked by poverty, violence, and neglect. She faced daunting challenges, including surviving an abusive relationship and pursuing justice against overwhelming odds. It was the support of those around her that helped her find strength. 

Now, as she enters her third year of university, Daryn is passionately pursuing a degree in psychology and criminology, aiming to reform the justice system for a safer and more compassionate world. Your unwavering support has played a crucial role in her journey, and together, we can continue to uplift and empower women everywhere.
