ADL’s Campus Antisemitism Report Card™, an in-depth assessment of what schools are doing to combat antisemitism and how to improve the campus climate for Jewish students. The new version now includes 135 schools, up from the 85 assessed last year. Dig into the Report Card to see the grades for the colleges and universities you have connections to.


Then, please click on the ‘TAKE ACTION’ button later in this note to urge the leaders of any of the schools we reviewed to do better for their Jewish students, or to commend them if they scored well.

📘 SIGNS OF PROGRESS


In all, 36 percent of schools scored an A or B this year, up from 23.5 percent in 2024, although methodological changes prevent apples-to-apples comparisons. While some schools are taking steps in the right direction, every single campus should earn an ‘A.’ This isn’t a high bar — this should be the standard.


As for the 21 percent of schools that received a D, and 10 percent that received an F, this grade should be an urgent call to action.

✏️ WHY ARE SOME SCHOOLS IMPROVING?


Approximately 70% of the original 85 colleges and universities assessed in the 2024 Report Card consulted with ADL for guidance on how to strengthen their response to campus antisemitism. More than 50 percent of the schools enacted major policy changes; almost all have revised their policies about protests and demonstrations. But there is much more to be done!

Whether you are a student, a parent, an alum, staff or faculty or have some other connection to a college or university, now is the time to look at their grade in ADL’s Campus Antisemitism Report Card and click the ‘TAKE ACTION’ button for a dropdown list of every school in the Report Card so you can send them a note about whether they are doing well or need to improve.

📌 About the Methodology

ADL’s Campus Antisemitism Report Card 2.0 assesses 135 schools based on 30 criteria, separated into:

Administrative Policies
-
Jewish Life on Campus
-
Campus Conduct and Climate Concerns

Grades may vary despite identical performance labels due to percentage score differences or qualitative assessments. The impact and enforcement of recently enacted policies may not yet have been fully realized, resulting in higher campus conduct and climate concerns.


Please also note that grade reassessments can happen — we're monitoring evolving situations and are ready to reassess should universities fail to respond appropriately to major incidents.
