As President Trump moves quickly to pass executive actions and Elon Musk implements the DOGE agenda, a showdown is looming in the courts between the Trump administration and its critics. To date, more than 90 lawsuits have been filed challenging the administration’s actions. How many of these have merit, and what does the Constitution have to say about it all?   

That is the topic of our upcoming call with Jeffrey Rosen, President and CEO of the National Constitution Center, on Thursday, March 6 at 4 PM ET. Jeffrey will offer his thoughts on DOGE and Trump’s broad use of executive action, particularly in the context of today's Supreme Court and its recent rulings.

Jeffrey is also a professor of law at the George Washington University Law School and a contributing editor of The Atlantic. He was previously the legal affairs editor of The New Republic and a staff writer for The New Yorker.
