Donald Trump just posted a horrific AI-generated video envisioning Gaza as
an ethnically cleansed Trump-owned resort.^1

It's appalling, but not a surprise. For weeks, Trump has been calling for
the ethnic cleansing of 2 million Palestinians from Gaza, which has been
absolutely devastated by Israel's brutal 16-month bombardment.^2

Now Trump announced yet another $8.5 billion weapons sale to Israel,
including thousands of small-diameter and 500-pound bombs, and 3,000
Hellfire missiles.^3

The good news is that Congress has the power to stop this massive new arms
sale, and Bernie Sanders has filed a series of resolutions of disapproval
to do just that.^4 So we're working to flood Capitol Hill with phone calls
supporting Bernie's effort to block this deal — but we need your help.

Since the start of the war on Gaza, Israel has killed at least 62,000
Palestinians, according to the Gaza Health Ministry.^5 But independent
researchers say that's almost surely a dramatic undercount of the full
death toll.

Over 10,000 are still missing and likely buried under rubble, and studies
put the total dead from all causes related to the war — including
starvation, exposure, and lack of access to clean water and basic health
care — closer to 200,000.^6

Thankfully, the United Nations has reported some improvement in the
humanitarian situation since the start of the January 19 ceasefire.^7

But Trump's genocidal fantasies about depopulating Gaza and taking
ownership for the United States, along with massive new arms sales to
Israel, are putting the fragile ceasefire in serious peril.

We've mobilized over 100,000 people to urge Congress to stop sending
weapons to Israel. Now, with Bernie Sanders taking the lead by formally
moving to block Trump's new $8.5 billion arms shipment, we need to ramp up
the pressure and make our voices heard.
