As Trump and Musk attempt to destroy the constitution, incite political violence, reward corruption and rewrite history and the truth so boldly that Orwell would blush (the “dictator” Zelensky started the war?), Lincoln asks: will we remain the last best hope of earth?
That question is up to all of us, John. As long as we can remain a government of, by, and for the people, then it is the people who will have the power.
We’re facing serious challenges, not just in Texas but across the country. Voter suppression is on the rise, bold and progressive voices are under attack, and we have key competitive congressional races on the horizon that can help us take back local power.
