Right now, Elon Musk is pushing to privatize NASA — which would give him unchecked control over America’s space program. Remember, through SpaceX and Starlink, Musk already owns half of our nation’s functioning satellites and has received $19.8 billion in taxpayer money to build up his venture. Now, he wants to take over NASA entirely — shutting out competition, eliminating transparency, and making decisions that directly benefit his own private company.

This is a blatant conflict of interest. Sign the petition now to tell Congress: Stop the privatization of NASA!

Allowing Elon to take control of NASA would:

🚀 Put National Security at Risk – Ukraine’s military has relied on Starlink satellites for battlefield communications, and Musk has already used this power to influence military operations. Privatizing NASA would put more critical infrastructure and dangerous technology in the hands of Elon Musk.

🌍 Lead to Environmental Dangers – Musk has continuously shown that he has no regard for the health of our planet. His personal space ventures already dump pollutants into the upper atmosphere, accelerating climate change. If he takes control of NASA without any oversight, he’ll put profit over the health of our climate.

🛰 End Commitments to Transparency – Right now, NASA has programs to promote fair competition between the public sector and private companies to drive innovation. Musk’s plan would squash competitors, monopolize power, line his own pockets, and slow down scientific innovation. Elon Musk has never been committed to transparency or public accountability, and he definitely won’t start now.

NASA must remain a force for public good — not private profit.
