URGENT: Members of Congress have leveraged their influence to prevent
Convention of States from succeeding in calling an Article V convention.
It makes sense. For decades, they have benefited from the lack of restraints
on our federal government –– and after we succeed in calling the Convention, We

That’s why corrupt members of Congress are fighting tooth and nail to stop us
in our tracks, joining with ultra-progressives like George Soros to combat our
efforts to call a convention.
Even Mitch McConnell fought to stop his own home state of Kentucky from
passing the Convention of States Resolution when he was in power.
But what these corrupt politicians don’t know is that Convention of States is
backed by the biggest grassroots movement this nation has ever seen. Americans
from every corner of the nation are paying attention to what’s happening in
Congress, are strong supporters of COS, and will hold their representatives
accountable.
In fact, polling in Pennsylvania found that 69% of Republicans, 70% of
Democrats, and 77% of Independents would cross party lines to vote for a
candidate who supports COS!
We know that career politicians in D.C. will never permanently limit their
own power. Thankfully, Article V gives We the People the authority to call a
convention where the states can propose amendments that force the feds back
inside their constitutional box.
It takes only 34 states to call a convention, and we’re already more than
halfway there – and as we’re in the midst of legislative season, we have a
unique opportunity to make serious progress in the coming months.
