Three years ago, The DOJ threatened me and other journalists with criminal
charges in connection to the explosive Ashley Biden Diary.



Heavily armed FBI agents burst into my residence and ransacked my personal
property. They raided two of my fellow journalists homes too. To this day, they
refuse to show me the evidence they used as probable cause to conduct a heavily
armed raid of my residence.



From day one my lawyers and I knew the case against me was purely political –
and it succeeded in suppressing politically damaging contents of the Ashley
Biden diary.



As soon as Attorney General Pam Bondi was sworn in, the charges against me
were suddenly dropped.



But do you really believe that the corrupt actors at the DOJ that sent armed
FBI agents with battering rams to my house are suddenly going to see the light?



Remember, this this the same weaponized DOJ that:



---> Investigated moms who spoke at school board meetings



---> Turned a blind eye to our reporting of corruption and abuse in federal
prisons



---> Attempted to censor our reporting of voter registration irregularities in
Georgia.



Now they’re playing possum – some of them might think they can just wait Trump
out like they did last term.



As a journalist, I refuse to let them hide in the shadows. We must expose them
now.



That’s why I’m laying the groundwork for our lawsuit against the DOJ. We need
to expose the ringleaders. We need to uncover all internal communications.



The career corrupt actors who’ve been weaponizing the DOJ for years aren’t
going to go down without a fight.



We’ve seen their playbook before. During the first Trump administration, my
reporting caught DOJ officials plotting to “resist from the inside” because
“they couldn’t really get fired”.



But with your help, we can expose these bad actors and hold them accountable.



When we win, It's going to be a win for the first amendment. And if we can
prove that they broke the law, you can be sure that we will push for criminal
prosecutions.



My friend, this political witch hunt against me has already cost me hundreds

But we’re not going to cure the rot at the Department of Justice by nibbling
the edges. We need to go in there with our own battering ram. My lawsuit will
do just that.
