This week I gave a speech about the importance of standing up for democracy and against tyranny. I will always stand up to extremists in Congress who want us to abandon our allies in their time of need.

So let me make one thing clear: Putin is a dictator. Zelensky is not. Click here to see my full speech.

Putin invaded Ukraine in an effort to expand his own territory, resulting in the horror of a senseless war. Rewarding Putin and Russia would be both a betrayal of humanity and a green light for more aggression.

This is common sense. But extremists in Congress want to appease Russian aggression and give in to a murderous dictator.
