Folks, I want to share a few thoughts about what’s going on in
the Senate. However, I know you’re getting ready to log off and enjoy your
weekend, so I’ll keep this short and to the point.

February has been a month of collective action. With Maryland families
already facing the devastating consequences of the Trump/Musk witch hunt,
my colleagues and I joined forces with union leaders and workers to
protect as many jobs as possible; organized rallies to bring much-needed
media attention to the suffering these purges are causing; and initiated a
broad strategy to end these illegal mass firings.

At these statewide events and rallies, I’ve witnessed so many of you
refusing to bow to those in power. Your resilience truly inspires me,
folks.

As February winds to a close, I’m more determined than ever to resist the
cruelty and callousness of this president. To organize, push back, and
push forward.
