February is American Heart Month. According to the American Heart Association, 121.5 million adults in the U.S. have cardiovascular disease. Emergencies are never planned – that’s why hospitals and health systems are open 24/7, ready to provide care to Americans experiencing heart-related health issues.

The Coalition is asking advocates like you to share your story about an experience with heart disease. Your story will support our advocacy efforts to strengthen access to life-saving healthcare for Americans and their families experiencing heart disease and other hospitalizations.
