This week, the House passed an unpopular budget resolution that would inflict huge cuts to Medicaid and other programs. Why? So Trump can take the savings from Medicaid cuts and finance trillions in tax breaks for the rich. So while Elon, Zuckerberg, Trump and the rest of the Billionaire Boys’ Club would pay millions less in taxes per year, people who depend on Medicaid would be left with a choice – pay more for healthcare or go without it entirely. This proposition isn’t cost-effective, it's cruel.
