I've been commercial fishing in Alaska since I was 14. I'm a lifelong Alaskan -- and I can sadly confirm what dead salmon look like after having died from heat-related stress.

I'm sorry for having to include that photo -- but it's important to show people what climate change looks like. Also, know that these dead fish aren't just a loss of marine life -- they also represent a loss of livelihood for thousands of Alaska's commercial fishermen and families.

When I'm in the Senate, I won't just take on the politicians who deny medical facts and put our health in danger -- I'll also take on the climate change deniers who put the health of our marine life, our way of life, and our entire planet in danger too.
