Gives victims of child sexual abuse more time to seek justice by allowing certain claims to be brought forward at any time. 


✅ HB1135 - Digital IDs for Arkansas Families  

Makes it easier and more affordable for Arkansans to access digitized driver's licenses and identification cards by eliminating unnecessary fees.


✅ HB1056 - Strengthening Support for Military & Veterans 

Creates a Joint Committee on Military and Veteran’s Affairs to better serve those who have sacrificed for our country. 


✅ HB1005 - More Education Opportunities for National Guard Members 

Expands tuition waivers to include programs leading to postsecondary certificates, helping Arkansas National Guard members gain valuable skills.

✅ HB1074 - Protecting Property Tax Relief Funds 

Requires a higher vote threshold before state funds meant for property tax relief can be used for anything else, ensuring tax relief remains a priority.


✅ SB61 - Expanding Access to Veterinary Telemedicine  

Allows veterinarians to offer telemedicine services, making pet care more accessible for rural and underserved areas. 


✅ SB68 - Making Emergency Veterinary Care More Accessible 

Permits veterinary technicians to respond to emergency calls without their supervising veterinarian present, ensuring pets get timely care. 


✅ SB77 - Expanding Medicaid Access for Physical Therapy  

Requires Arkansas Medicaid to cover physical therapy in clinic-based settings, helping more Arkansans access rehabilitation services.

✅ HB1263 - Cracking Down on Electronic Monitoring Violations  

Makes it a criminal offense to remove or fail to charge an electronic monitoring device, holding offenders accountable and keeping communities safe.

Raises fines for shooting at or throwing objects at trains, deterring reckless behavior that endangers public safety.

Gov. Sanders signs Senate Bill 3, banning race and gender bias in Arkansas agencies


LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders has officially signed Senate Bill 3 into law, a piece of legislation that bans discrimination or preferential treatment based on race or gender by state, local, or public agencies in Arkansas.

Arkansas governor wants to revive state’s Medicaid work requirements under Trump administration


"Sanders said she wants a broader requirement that would cover able-bodied adults on traditional Medicaid, as well as on the expansion.


'I have more confidence because it’s a new administration that I think will be more supportive of things like work requirements,' Sanders told reporters. “They’ve already publicly stated that, and I think a greater willingness to work with states to make changes.”

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KATV) — Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders joined a roundtable discussion at Congressman French Hill's Historically Black Colleges and Universities Summit today at Philander Smith College.


The summit brought together local leaders, educators, and students to focus on expanding opportunities for HBCUs, and enhancing their role in Arkansas' higher education landscape.
