Legislative Update

It’s been another busy week at the capitol. I introduced 3 bills in the Health Committee this week. House File 93, House File 94, and House File 715.

House File 376 – Repealing Governor Walz’s California emissions mandate.
House File 367 – Cracking down on highway-blocking protests. As an EMT volunteer, I know firsthand that open roads save lives.
House File 129 – Strengthening reporting on child sex trafficking. Protecting our kids must be a priority.
House File 21 – Reforming the governor’s emergency powers. No more unchecked authority.

Nathan Johnson with Pioneer Care Center in Fergus. Came to the Capitol to testify in front of the Human Finance and Policy Committee.
