National Updates
- Roadmap & Vision for 2025 [[link removed]] : We’ve launched an ambitious strategy aimed at revitalizing democracy across all 50 states.
- Volunteer Toolkit Launched [[link removed]] : We are providing our volunteers with essential resources to amplify their impact.
- New Communications Director: Join us in welcoming Abigail Tracy as she leads our outreach and messaging efforts.
- In-Person Leadership Meeting: The Union leadership convened in Chicago to lay out our strategic vision for the year ahead.
- Engagement on the Rise: We’ve sent out 1.53 MILLION emails (and counting!) to mobilize volunteers nationwide.

- Community Meet & Greets: We’re supporting volunteers in launching local events to foster connections and build momentum.
- Building Strong Alliances: Our collaborations with partners such as VA Grassroots, Network Nova, Field Team 6, Run for Something, and Souls to the Polls WI are thriving.
- Expanding our grassroots base: We are proud to have 1,077 donors who support our mission.
- We have a talented, dedicated team of volunteers engaging on social media platforms to increase visibility, boost voter turnout, and spread our message. State-Level Wins
- Mobilized volunteers for the Virginia State Senate & House Special Election held on January 7 (SD-32, SD-10 & HD-26).
- Team Virginia Revamped: We’re enhancing our operations and leadership in VA. Join our next monthly meeting HERE [[link removed]] .
- Team New Jersey: We’re excited to announce our official launch! Join our upcoming monthly team meeting HERE [[link removed]] .
- Organizing by Congressional District (CD): Our structure by CDs is being enriched with zip code and local region organization — we’re looking for CD Leads ready to take charge!
- Assembled a dedicated group of volunteers leading a strategic messaging initiative to activate our network ahead of key elections in Wisconsin, Virginia, and New Jersey. We’re collaborating across various sub-teams to equip volunteers with effective tools to reach voters.
