Keith is holding President Trump and Elon Musk accountable for issuing orders that violate our laws and Constitution.
Thanks to lawsuits Keith and other Attorneys General filed, judges have paused or put a stop to some of Trump and Musk’s most destructive actions, including orders that:
- Gave unauthorized individuals access to highly sensitive information, including Americans’ Social Security numbers and bank account information
- Froze federal funding that millions of Minnesotans rely on
- Tried to end birthright citizenship, which is guaranteed by the Fourteenth Amendment
- Stopped young people from seeking gender-affirming care and targeted medical professionals who provide it to their patients
Keith is fighting to protect us from the “shock and awe” campaign Trump and his MAGA Republicans are forcing on the American people. He’s delivered key victories, but the fight isn’t over yet.
