Bus stop removed as part of traffic-flow trial

Forest Road bus stop

As part of a trial to improve traffic flow along Mansfield Road through the Forest Road junction, the 'Forest Road' named stop was taken out of use this week.

It is used by Brown, Lime, Yellow and Purple Line buses towards the city.

The nearest alternative stops are at Forest Recreation Ground and further down Mansfield Road after the Huntingdon Street junction.

* Nottingham City Transport says there are further evening works affecting Orange 34/C, 35 and 36 buses towards the City Centre while Derby Road is closed near the QMC and University of Nottingham.
