I know we sent you several fundraising emails this week. And I’ll bet your inbox is probably full of fundraising emails right now. Mine is too.

So I get it that it can feel repetitive when campaigns say, “this deadline is critical.” But I’m reaching out today because I need to be honest with you:

Unlike just about every other campaign that is emailing you today, we are approaching Election Day, and that means we have real budgetary needs.

Our end-of-month fundraising deadline is tonight at midnight, and whether we reach our goal will directly impact how much we can invest in reaching the voters we need to win this race and move New Jersey forward.

The race for New Jersey governor is going to be tight, and every single vote will count. We need to reach as many voters as possible — door to door, on the airwaves, and in communities across the state — and that takes a lot of resources.

We don’t have time to waste.
