The official driver doesn't drive and gets the money from the app and his "team" gets a % of what he gets. They run their cars 24/7. How many people confirm their driver is the person on the app? Nobody does. It's a racket and it is for sure not within the guidelines of Uber/Lyft. It is easy for Uber and Lyft to sort through the scam (because the cars run 24/7)… but they don't because of the money. Tweet.
