• Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer signed 16 bills to expand reproductive freedom and make contraception more affordable.
• Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers’ 2025-27 budget includes over 10 policies to address high prescription drug costs – including price caps, stronger oversight of drug companies, and measures to protect consumers from price gouging.
• Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed a proclamation officially enshrining reproductive freedom in Maryland’s constitution.
• Kansas Governor Laura Kelly unveiled a plan to more than double the state’s hourly minimum wage from $7.25 to $15, marking the first increase since 2010.
