Budget 2025 will have something for every Singaporean, from CDC vouchers, utilities and income tax rebates and culture passes, as part of an SG60 package.
Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Lawrence Wong on Feb 18 unveiled what he termed “a Budget for all Singaporeans”, which includes generous cost-of-living support for citizens, upskilling schemes for workers and competitive tax rebates businesses.
PM Wong also called on Singaporeans to remain united as we face new challenges in the next phase of nation building. “When we rally together as one, there is no challenge we cannot overcome. In response to Budget 2025, Patrick Tay ([link removed]) (Pioneer SMC) said the Budget measures would help Singaporeans cope with rising cost of living. Desmond Choo ([link removed]) (Tampines GRC) was encouraged by the measures to better support workers.
